No, tuition fees are the same for on-campus and online study.
This depends on whether you are studying on campus or online, and whether you are studying full-time or part-time.
A full-time study load at Deakin College is a minimum of three units and a maximum of four units each trimester (75%-100% study load). International students must study full-time.
Domestic students can choose to study part-time by enrolling in just one or two units each trimester (25%-50% study load). If you are seeking Centrelink assistance, you must study full-time.
If you are a Foundation student, you must enrol in four units (100% study load) each trimester.
You will have 4 hours of classes per week, per unit.
If you are a domestic student and are studying online, all materials, including videos, activities, readings, lecture and tutorial content will be available on Moodle to read, watch and complete in your own time. In addition, each unit will offer a 1-2 hour live online session per week for online students only.

We recommend that international students enrol in 3 units (75%) or 4 units (100%) in order to meet progression requirements to Deakin University, as outlined in your offer letter. If you are a Foundation student, you must enrol in 4 modules (100%) each trimester.

Your enrolment may be blocked for a number of reasons:
Choose another class that does not have any clashes. If the class that you have chosen is full, there is no choice but to choose another class/time-slot.

Online learning refers to learning delivered on a computer via the internet and therefore does not require students to be physically present at a school, college or university in order to attain an education. Classes, assessments, and exams are conducted online.
Some of our diplomas require some on-campus visits, even if you are studying online. This is will made clear in your enrolment session.
